I brought a KG220 LG cell phone in South Africa while I was on vacation to use down there, and the sales clerk said that it would be able to unlock when i get back home, I live in Barbados, West Indies. But now i took it to different shops and they said that because it is a new phone, they don’t have the code to unlock it. Could you provide a solution. Thank you

I don’t mind buying a used cell phone especially considering their 30 day money back guarantee (minus a 20% restocking fee.) However, my concern is that verizon won’t be so happy about the whole thing considering they didn’t get the money from the sale of that phone.
